Jensen critically and inseparably links physical well being and good health with
spiritual development.

“We are Co-Creators with Divine Wisdom if we can only accept it in order to be the higher person whom we have always wanted to be (4:81).”

“I believe that every disease starts in the mind (4:79).”

“The whole point of life is to bring the light and truth of the spirit into the mental and physical realms, to bring what is good into existence (4:83).”

When communicating his “New Day” lifestyle: “We have to meet people at their level of understanding...their state of consciousness” (4:80).

According to Dr. Worrall, Jensen’s newest text (1982) “contains countless misinterpretations of established anatomical and physiological knowledge and includes references to many pseudosciences, such as Kirlian photography and personology” (12:173).

Psychic Potential
Iridology is used to detect “subclinical” conditions which cannot be determined even with refined laboratory tests, essentially predicting future disease.

Psychological and personality disorders can also be determined, depending on the area of the iris viewed. These detections are often made while disclaiming making any “diagnosis,” a common example of redefining words and misusing language.

Although denied by some iridologists, references to intuition used with iridology are not uncommon. Josh Carter, a New Age optometrist, links intuition with iridology in an article by Armand Brint, an iridologist and charter member of Iridologists International (1:161). Andrew Weil, a New Age physician leader in alternative medicine, states “Perhaps examination of the iris can serve as a convenient focus on which to project one’s intuitions about a patient’s problems” (11:189). Even looking at Jensen’s map of the iris one wonders on what basis he observes information about “perversion, (his updated chart conveniently now reads ‘mental sex, hallucination and obsession’), sex impluse, inherent mental, animation, life, ego pressure, and mental ability,” as these qualities do not have any specific documented nerve pathways at all.

Dorothy Hall, an Australian iridologist-herbologist, clearly crosses the line into the occult and esoteric in her book Iridology: How the Eyes Reveal Your Health and Your Personality, as the iris indicates future change.

“An iris recording of your solar plexus pattern can be illuminating. Are you continuing in the present cycle of stable experience, or are you about
